Why do I need a MindBody account?

     

Having a MindBody account allows you to create and manage your bookings directly online or via the MindBody App.

What can I use my MindBody account for aside from bookings?

• Track your entire booking history

Everything from when you got sugared, whom by, which areas - a great way to gauge frequency for future sessions (monitor regrowth​).

• Product purchases

Not sure when you bought a product or how much you saved with our awesome promotions? We got you.

• Credit balances

Check how much you've got left in your account as well as the validity of your membership, which is tied to the date of purchase of your credits - remember, you will not be notified of expiring credits.

• Access online-exclusive flash sales

Sugar(ed)'s flash sales on services can be purchased ​via MindBody. Simply log in for direct access and remember to view our terms and conditions before proceeding with your purchase. By proceeding with you purchase, you acknowledge our terms and conditions.

Can I use my MindBody account to book in for someone else?

   

Afraid not. Accounts are tied to individual clients records so these can't be shared. If you'd like to refer a friend, simply have them create a new account for themselves.
