FRONT-DESKER
Full-time (preferred) or Part-time
$1,800 to $2,200 monthly average (including commission)

Responsibilities
• Handle incoming walk-in customers, appointment requests, phone calls, messages and emails
• Cashiering duties
• Deliver product knowledge to customers through effective communication to increase consumer understanding and product sales
• Promote products and services to maximise sales opportunities where necessary
• Address clients' needs and concerns efficiently and effectively providing service recovery when necessary
• Provide constructive feedback on sales, effectiveness of promotions, customers, product and service launches.
• Manage and maintain the studio's tidiness and cleanliness
• Other administrative ad-hoc duties where necessary

Requirements
• Candidates who are energetic yet mature, confident, polite and strong communication in English
• Friendly and service-oriented individuals who are great team players
• Strong passion for beauty and delivering quality and sincere service with a smile
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a problem solver
• Must be able to work retail hours, at least one weekend day and also public holidays
• Work Location will be at either studio locations as necessary: Bukit Timah, Katong, Upper Thomson and River Valley

sugarist
Full-time only
$2,400 to $3,200 monthly average (basic pay + commission)

Responsibilities
• Perform hair removal treatments (sugaring)
• Perform housekeeping duties and maintain cleanliness of the studio
• Ensure clients’ satisfaction
• Perform basic administrative duties whenever required
• Handle client enquiries
• Selling and promoting products
• Average 5.5 work days/week
​
Requirements
• No experience necessary, paid training will be provided
• Positive attitude and sweet, professional disposition
• Determined, loyal and willing to learn
• Team player
• Self-motivated and with high level of initiative
• Confident with clients and enhancing their experience
• Minimum Secondary school or equivalent education
• Must be able to work retail hours, weekends and also public holidays

MARKETING ASSISTANT
Full-time only
$2,000 to $2,400 monthly

Responsibilities
• Content management: Planning of posts, articles, videos and a variety of other content types across our social media platforms (@sugaredsg & @thevspotsg) and website
• Content creation: Graphic design, website editing (Wix platform), product photography and video-editing
• Copywriting: Includes blog articles, educational resources, social media posts and/or relevant marketing collaterals
• Online customer care and engagement

Requirements
• A lover of skin, sugaring, organic beauty and wellness
• Skilled in photo-editing and layout (Bonus if you’re familiar using Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or iMovie)
• Experienced in social media
• Great attention to detail in written and design work
• Autonomy and initiative are musts but so is being a team player
• A total sweetie!
